What if someone hacks into my computer?

When you use our service, all of the information remains on our system. You interact with it via a web browser and nothing is kept on your computer. If someone were to get into your computer, there would be no data to find.

How secure are your servers?

SiliconLink, Inc. utilizes FreeBSD UNIX servers for all of our operations, one of the most secure operating systems available. We have multiple layers of security and encryption on every system. Our security protocols are continuously monitored and kept up-to-date. In our 6 years of business, we have never had a single security breach.

What if your company's electricity goes out, or a computer crashes?

All of our systems utilize a power backup system (UPS) in the event of a power failure. We have redundant systems for our applications and databases. Also, we have multiple servers in several cities, in case there is a network failure somewhere on the internet. As for our technology, our oldest systems have an uptime of over 6 years without a single failure.

I've been using another product for years that i'm not really happy with. But I have so many records built up, that it's too hard to change software.
